Anamnesis

The anamnesis (also called medical case history) of a patient describes the information gained by a physician by asking specific questions. These questions can be answered by the patient or other persons knowing the patient. The anamnesis usually takes place before the medical examination and is useful for the diagnosis.

Description

In CGM LIFE the data type anamnesis is implemented as a simple data type with the combination of question and answer. For complex representation of anamnesis this data type cannot be used.

Use

Use only in the context of an anamnesis (as described above).

Not use

Do not use to save medical history records like exact dates, diagnoses or medications. These must be kept in their specific types.

Update Rhythm

This data type documents question and answer at a specific point in time. It should not be updated later on. In case the question is asked again and the situation changes a new data object should be used.
